Location: This cottage is sold for location.... best location (we think) at all of sauble ... Waterfront on 2 sides! This is on the jut-out of land that fronts on the Sauble River on one side and on Sauble's sand beach on the other side.

Bring your boat and tie it up at your own riverside slip, located about 200 yards from Sauble Beach's Boat Launch. Cottage is located in north Sauble right where the river joins the famous 11 km. of sandy Sauble Beach. The best of both worls in an area of up scale housing.

For your Comfort: This 1 1/2 story cottage sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms and double mattresses on 3 beds and queen on 4th. This is an older cottage, reminiscent of "on golden pond" period. Cottages like this one will soon be just a memory. Old fireplace insert burns real wood. Old verandah's on both the front and the back of the cottage - afterall, you have 2 views to watch.

Facilities: The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer and 2 new fridges (one is in the back verandah to keep the beer cold). All appliances are new. There is a 3 piece bath with shower. A colour TV for VCR movie viewing (no cable hook up) or bring your own DVD and hook it up.

For the children: The swimming is best at the beach out your front door. The kids will love building sand castles, flying their kites and riding the waves. On the river side, the Sauble Marina (which you can see from your lawn) will rent you your choice of non motorized boats.

Outdoors: There is outdoor furniture including picnic tables and a gas BBQ. The firepit is located down at the river side.

Location:  Beachfront and front row centre -you can't get closer to the stage without being right on it! This cottage looks out over the "WELCOME TO SAUBLE BEACH" sign and has the best seat in town for those incredible sunsets preceding the spectacular display of fireworks seen almost every night on the beach. All of this and your privacy too as the cottage is located on a dead end street and there isn't much traffic here.

 For your Comfort:   This 3 bedroom bungalow sleeps 6 people.. Each bedroom has a double bed. There is a large stone fireplace creating great ambiance however not used during the summer months. This cottage has a central living room which is brightened with bow windows overlooking the lake. On either eisde of the living room are the bedrooms. There is a separate dining room and a galley kitchen with centre island.    

 Facilities:  The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including microwave, fridge, stove, and coffee maker. There is a modern 3 piece bathroom with shower.  There is no TV reception here beyond the local stations, however there is a VCR and DVD for movie nites.

 For Big Kids and Small:  This is the perfect place for the whole family to explore Sauble Beach and all its attractions. PARK YOUR CAR FOR THE WEEK, because you are 30 seconds fromMain Street and you are right on the beach. Within a block of internet cafes, the arcade, ice cream cones and bikinis.

Outdoors: There is Outdoor furniture on the front deck patio and a picnic table and gas BBQ.
