Facilities

This is a well layed out rental offering you all modern amenities and all new furnishing and appliances.  The mattresses are new high quality double beds.  Each bedroom has 2 double beds and an open concept closet.

The living room is large and spacious with lots of windows, and it opens up to an oversized covered deck/balcony - entertainment size which can be used rain or shine, protecting you from sun and rain exposure. 

The bathroom is large and open concept with an oversized shower stall.

The kitchen offers all new appliances including a coffee maker, microwave, a wall oven, counter top stove and oversized fridge.

Outdoors

The beach in this area is somewhat private... a short walk and through a pathway takes you to this lesser known part of Sauble's great sand beaches... this beach consists of sand combined with large boulder rocks which the kids love to pay on.  Each rentals comes with a gas BBQ on the back deck.  There is a community fire pit shared by all 4 units.
