Location:

This cottage is only about 300 yards from Sauble Beach’s sand beach and about 5 minutes walk to main street. Cottage is located on Second Avenue North and enjoys the privacy of a large lot surrounded by a cedar hedge.

For your Comfort:

This 1 + 1/2 story cottage sleeps 14 people with 4 bedrooms... 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 4th bedroom with a double bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. This is an older cottage which has been renovated and updated in the kitchen area. The living room opens out to a large backyard with patio and BBQ and room for the kids to play.

Facilities:

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge and stove. All appliances are modern. There are 2 bathrooms... one on each level.

For the Children:

The kids will love building sand castles, flying their kites and riding the waves just a quick walk away on the beach. The cottage property is beautifully maintained with seasonal gardens and the backyard offers a great area for picnics, BBQs and the nightly campfire. And of course, you are just a few minutes drive from Sauble's Amusement Park.

Outdoors:

This property spans 1 block from front (2nd Avenue) to back (3rd Avenue). Good access and plenty of room both inside and out.
