Location:

Sauble Beach River is just a 2 minute walk and the sand beach is just a 4 minute walk away. Located only steps from from the popular north end convenience store and just down the street from boat rentals. This cottage is well located to the hub of action at the north end, however provides good atmosphere in a private setting.

About 200 yards from Sauble Beach's Boat Launch.

Very close (1 minute walk) to the convenience store, and just beyond that a lovely riverside dining patio at the marina.

For your Comfort:

This modern 2 story cottage sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms and double beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 single beds in the 4th bedroom.  Two bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.  The master bedroom upstairs has patio doors opening to a large deck overlooking the nicely treed property. There is a modern newly renovated 4 piece bath with both shower and tub. 

Facilities:

The eat in dining room-kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker. A colour TV and a DVD player for movie viewing (no cable hook up).

For the children:

The swimming is best at the beach about 400 meters away (less than 5 minutes walk out your front door). The kids will love building sand castles, flying their kites and riding the waves. Just a 2 minute walk from the river where the Sauble Marina will rent you your choice of non motorized boats.

Outdoors:

There is outdoor furniture including picnic tables and a gas BBQ on the front deck.
