This cottage is one of a kind and provides a space that is fun for the whole family. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 with a double bed in each, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a double pull out sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 8 people. There is a 3 piece bathroom with shower. The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances and quality dishes for upscale entertaining. There is a colour TV with cable and a DVD. The living room has a wood stove to take the chill off any cooler evenings. The eat-in kitchen table seats 4 comfortably.

Outdoors:

For the active family, this place will thrill you. There is a volleyball court on one side of the property and a terrific firepit overlooking the river. The owner even leaves a supply of wood for you. There is a modern high quality gas BBQ on the wrap around deck, with plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone. From the deck, you walk down the sand banks to your private beach riverfront with a deck and covered picnic table.

It doesn't get much better than this!
