Location: Your own private sand beach awaits you in the friendly lakeshore village of Red Bay, just a 15 minute drive up the shoreline from Sauble Beach... here your cottage is truly beach front with no roads to cross.

For Your Comfort: We aren't supposed to have favourites, but it has to be said that this cottage ranks very high. Blending the best from the past with the convenience of new trendy decor, no detail has been overlooked here.

Plus a huge property! The main cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the third bedroom with single bunk beds. The large living room features a beautiful old stone woodburning fireplace and high rafter ceilings, a 3 piece bath (with shower) and galley kitchen. There is a newly constructed large screened in porch - a refuge for the times of year that the mosquitoes are around.

Plus there is a bunkie with double bunk beds as well as another double bed pull out. The bunkie has a newly constructed wood burning hot stove to take the chill off the cooler nights. It's verandah has a small deck with furniture as a choice of places for your morning coffee while you overlook the lake.

Facilities

High speed internet has been installed here making this one of the very few cottages you can bring your lap top and always keep in touch|!

There is a TV with DVD - no cable provided (you can use your computer internet to keep up with the news).

All new appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker... kitchen well equipped.

Outdoors

Very spacious property .. actually is a total of 4 lots. sand beach waterfront is 125 feet of privacy.

Down by the beach, you will find the beach cabana hut with a fridge inside to keep your drinks cold... lots of lawn furniture so you can sit around the waters edge campfire and watch those incredible Red Bay Sunsets. Gas BBQ.

Throughout the property you will find little privacy areas for seating ... and of course, we have to mentioned the newly constructed outdoor privy... it is the cutest we have ever seen.
