Each room has a ceiling fan to nicely cool the cottage in the heat of summer. And for those cooler nights, the cottage has baseboard electric heat along with a wood burning stove, This cottage has a deep well, making the drinking water here excellent. Outdoors: Your cottage has beautiful vista views of Silver Lake to enjoy while sitting on your patio with your morning coffee. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ, Muskoka chairs and a firepit for roasting marshmallow and enjoying the outdoors in a picturesque setting. Just 500 meters (5 minutes walk) away you will be on the sand beach.

Location: Sauble Beach Central - close to main street and the main traffic intersection. A 6 minute walk to the beach (600 meters). This beautiful year round house overlooks Carson Lake (behind). Walk to everything. Facilities: Because this cottage has complete living on 2 floors, it is well suited for 2 families vacationing together. Each floor has 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a fireplace, colour TV (cable). One bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, and 4th bedroom with oversized double bed. For additional occupants, there are large sofas in both living rooms. There is a 2 person jacuzzi hot tub and a sauna with shower on the main floor. Internet connection provided. There is a large 5 foot screen TV with surround sound. Central air conditioning is provided to keep the temperature at a comfortable level. The upstairs kitchen has a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer. Upstairs, there is also a deck accessed through patio doors in the living room. As well, the downstairs living room has patio doors to the patio where you will find the gas BBQ. Outdoors The grounds are well maintained and spacious. There is a firepit in the private back yard.
