This is an absolutely breath-taking scene on the bend of Sauble River - when you dream of a week at the cottage, think first of this cottage on the river with front row seating on your wrap around deck. Rent a boat for the week and tie it up at your own dock... a 10 minute paddle will take you down to the main beach.
For your Comfort This modern air conditioned cottage has everything you want for your beach holiday. Three bedrooms, 1 bath, a well equipped "eat in" kitchen and an open living room area. The large front deck provides panoramic wide open views of all the activity along Sauble River, with a good swimming area out front.

Facilities The centerpiece of the living room is a wood-burning iron stove. There is a television with Bell satellite hook-up and a DVD. The Kitchen table sits four people comfortably. A large living room window overlooks Sauble River.
Each of he three bedrooms sleeps 2 people comfortably (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with bunk beds). All bedrooms have closets. The modern bathroom has sink, toilet and shower.
This property is best suited for 6 occupants, however the maximum allowable occupants can be increased to 8 with the use of the double pullout living room sofa.
Outdoors The cottage is situated on a large lot, safe for children and the beautiful wrap-a-round deck is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and perhaps an opportunity to enjoy a new book. The waterside has a great wooden covered bench on your private dock where you can spend hours sunbathing. There is also a beautifully prepared firepit area with lots of lawn furniture for your comfort. There is a large and well equipped gas BBQ on the front deck. The owner is even leaving you your own supply of firewood to help yourself to. And, to complete the package, there is a volley ball court on the great sandy expanse in the back yard. Just doesn't get much better than this!

Facilities: The entire ground floor of this large modern home. Two bedrooms sleep 4 people comfortably. Gas Fireplace in an oversized living room with bowed windows. 4 piece bath. Washer and dryer and all modern appliances.
Outdoors: This rental is best used as your headquarters for your vacation and for sight seeing in the area. Within an easy drive to Sauble Beach (40 minutes), Tobermory (80 minutes), Owen Sound (10 minutes). Outdoors of this property offer a BBQ and manicured lawns.
