Location: Sauble Beach just south of Main Street and just a 3 minute walk to the sand beach water's edge.
Unique Group Possibilities: This cottage is located side by side with 3 other cottages offered by Adopt A Cottage Rentals. If you have a large family and reunion, you can combine this cottage with Cottages #104, #110 and #121... to accommodate 20 - 24 people total.
For your Comfort: This is a terrific large summer beach house and an ideal choice for a family summer vacation. Very roomy. Everything you need to just move in and start your vacation right away, and if you forgot your tooth paste, you can walk to main Street and pick it up in 5 minutes. 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and your choice of sofas for additional children. This cottage is best suited for 6 occupants but the owner will agree to up to 8 people if occupied by a family. 4 piece bathroom. TV with antennae reception (3 stations) and DVD player. GasVermont Gas Fireplace Stove. Enclosed screened in verandah.
Property Outdoors. Nightly campfires are enjoyed on this large private lot. Or you can walk down to the beach, just a quick stoll away to watch the spectacular sunsets and almost nightly fireworks. Picnic table and outdoor furniture along with gas BBQ.

Location: Waterfront with a great sand beach out your front door... no roads to cross to the beach! A 7 minute drive to Sauble Beach Main Street. This location is uniquely wonderful - you'll be the envy of everyone!
For your Comfort: This is a terrific summer beach house and an ideal choice for a family summer vacation. Modern higher end cottage with lots of comforts. . There are 2 bedrooms in the main cottage and additional sleeping in the roomy "bunkie".
Property Outdoors. Great for entertaining on an oversized front deck overlooking the sand beach. There is also a platform sundeck built right on the beach to give you a full day of uninterrupted sun. At this summer house, you have the "best seats in town" for the famous Sauble Sunsets. Nightly campfires are enjoyed on the beach firepit.
Your own private beach has a great combination of fine sand along with a few bolder rocks for the kids to have fun on. Very pretty and an ideal choice for a terric cottage experience!
Facilities: This is for the discriminating renter. This is a roomy cottage with recent renovations including a totally new 4 piece bathroom with claw foot tub. New appliances and oversized bedrooms. Mater bedroom #1 has a queen size bed with patio doors walking out on to a deck overlooking the sand beach waterfront. Bedroom #2 has 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds. There is a pull out sofa in the living room and a newly contructed "bunkie" will accommodate 2 more occupants. Cable TV and internet.
