Directly across the street from the harbour where the yachts and fishing boats moor. Easy walk to the mini putt on the corner and the in-line skate park and walking path. The sandy family beach is right down the street from this cottage.
For your Comfort:
This three season cottage has recently been beautifully updated and renovated throughout. This cottage features 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed and the second bedroom with 2 singles). There is a 3 piece bathroom with a round glassed in shower. Kitchen is well equiped including fridge, stove, microwave, pots & pans dishes and all utensils. Light laminate floor in living area and bedrooms. Cottage is on town water and municipal services so the drinking water presents no problem.
Outdoors
The outside patio is accessed by sliding patio doors and is equipped with a Propane Barbecue. The front deck, measuring 10' x 12' gives you a great view of the waterfront activities. Deck table and outdoor furniture provided.
Facilities:
This cottage is best suited for a maximum of 4 people however a 5th person (child) can be accommodated on the living sofa.

For your Comfort:
Beautifully renovated throughout. This two bedroom cottage sleeps 5 people comfortably: Bedroom one has a qeen size bed. Bedroom two has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and single mattress on the top. ( The bunk beds come with memory foam). If needed, a 6th person can be accommodated on the living room sofa. There is new dark laminate flooring throughout the cottage. Sliding patio doors open up to a large private deck.
There is a 3 piece bath with newly installed glassed in shower. Kitchen is all newly designed and instralled with all modern conveniences of home. Fully equipped.
Outdoors: The deck spans the entire length of the cottage (measuring 16 feet x 30 feet) and here you will find a gas BBQ and comfortable patio furniture to enjoy as you take in the sunsets.
