Location: Sauble Beach - close to the intersection of 6th Street North and Sauble Parkway... on a large wooden corner lot. Distance to the main 6th Street North Beach Entrance is approximately 1 KM. For your Comfort: The well maintained and very clean cottage is beautifully maintained and offers you 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and 2 double foutons in the living room. In a private area where the cottages all have oversized wooded lots. Facilities: This modern cottage has a great design with 2 bedrooms upstairs, separated by the staircase, and one bedroom downstairs near the patio doors to a newly built spacious sun deck. It is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and George Foreman grill. The bathroom is 3 pieces with shower. There is a large colour TV with DVD and lots of movies. (No cable hook up). Outdoors: Set on a grass lawn, this property is on a corner lot giving you extra room for the nightly campfires or a game of touch football. There's even a Basketball net for the kids to play the hoops. You will find the gas BBQ on the private back deck along with comfortable outdoor furniture. Great area for young children to explore and is safe for small children.

Location: Sauble Falls at your door step! Across the bridge from the amilies make Sauble Falls a "must do" during their vacation. Swim at the falls or rent a kayak or canoe for an afternoon's paddle up the Rankin River canoe route or down for a day at the beach! Everyone else has to pay for their parking to do this... you simple walk out your front door and a minute walk has you there. You are also just a minute walk to the convenience store. Trails from the Provincial Park make for a wonderful day hiking. - For your Comfort: This modern year round home has 2 floors of spacious living. On the main level, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one sleeping 3 with bunks beds and a single. The living room has a double pull out sofa and there is a lovely kitchen with all modern appliance. The ground level has a "great room" with a regular sofa plus a double pull out sofa. Here you will find a wood burning stove and but during those hot days of summer, this room will also keep you cool. There are ceiling fans in many rooms of this house. Facilities:This is one of the very few cottages that has a 4 piece bath (with bathtub). The bedrooms all have closets and many mattresses are newly purchased. The entertainment size kitchen area has a dining area adjacent to it. Both living area - upstairs and downstairs - have colour Sagtellite TV and DVDs. Outdoors: This is a very large property with lots of room for touch football or leap frog. There is a large firepit area where you enjoy privacy from neighbouring cottages with hardwood trees on both sides. The deck has is accessed through patio doors and has plenty of outdoor furniture and gas BBQ.
