For your Comfort: This fantastic year round home is living in style! It has everything you want and more. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this property will comfortably sleep up to 10 people.
Facilities: This is a newly built and modern property, fully equipped with everything high end in appliances and furnishings. Custom built with imported flooring, etc. makes this an impressive house.
The main floor has a separate laundry room, 4 piece bathroom, a large bedroom and the great room which enjoys open access to the entertainment size kitchen area (all new appliances including dishwasher). A large brick gas fireplace on one side, and on the other is full glass windows taking in the spectacular panarama of the bay and sunsets. Walkout patio doors to a huge wrap around verandah/deck.
The lower level with a sauna, a large screen TV, a pool table and a gas fireplace will give you hours of fun. There is also a bedroom and another bathroom on this level.
On the upper floor you will find two more bedrooms including the master bedroom and ensuite with jacuzzi tub and glassed in shower.
Outdoors: Set on a manicured grass lawn with the privacy of cedar hedges, this property is on a hill overlooking the bay. There is an outdoor firepit for those evening bonfires. You will find the gas BBQ on the upper deck, just outside the patio doors by the kitchen. The upper deck is fully fenced in to provide safety for small children. All lawn furniture is provided.
