The home also features a three sided wrap a round porch providing panoramic vistas of the Niagara Escarpment and the crystal clear water and islands of beautiful Colpoy's Bay/Georgian Bay. The cottage is approximately 1450 square feet in area and is nicely set back from the main road. It has a large grassy front lawn and backyard with a paved driveway and a large parking area.

Facilities The centerpiece of the living room is a large stone airtight wood-burning fireplace. There is a television with Bell satellite hook-up, DVD, VCR and a CD player. The dining area has a large picture window providing breathtaking views of Colpoy's Bay over the front lawns. The dining room sits four people comfortably. The striking main floor bathroom includes an oversized soaker tub allowing lots of room to stretch and relax. A large window overlooks Colpoy's Bay and allows a nice view of the Bay perhaps while enjoying a glass of wine or a midnight view of the stars and milky way. A french door from the bathroom onto the cedar deck allows easy access to the hot tub for the early morning or late night soak. The upper floor includes three bedrooms all with clothes closet units and comfortable beds and a convenient 2 piece bathroom located at the end of the hall.
Outdoors The cottage is situated on a large lot, safe for children and the beautiful wrap-a round porch is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or tea or perhaps an opportunity to enjoy a new book. The waterside is complete with a well screened beach house, cedar deck and andirondach chairs. A perfect spot to take in the crystal clear waters of Colpoy's Bay or enjoy a beautiful sunset. COTTAGE #126 - North Sauble - 4 1/2 stars

Location: In a crescent in North Sauble Beach, 5 minute walk to sandy beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown Sauble.
For your Comfort : A very large and bright home - floor area approximately 3500 feet of living. It is located on an oversized corner lot with 2 driveways. This is 2 floors with 3 bedrooms upstairs accommodating up to 10 people. Master bedroom with a king bed has patio doors leading to a deck and a ceiling fan (as well as a queen "blow up" mattress if needed). The second bedroom has a double bed and single bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and can fit a queen futon as well. There are 2 bathrooms... upstairs is a 4 piece bath and downstairs is a 2 piece bath. And To ensure lots of space for everyone, there are a total of three living rooms. There is a large indoor dining area seating 8 people comfortably as well as an additional outdoor screened in eating area through the patio doors off the main living room.
Facilities: The large fully equipped modern kitchen has lots of counter space and its own breakfast nook. It comes with microwave, toaster oven, electric stove, dishwasher and 2 fridges. As well, there is a washer and dryer. This property is on a municpal water system, providing clean and safe drinking water if you choose. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV, and a DVD/VCR player which you can enjoy in your living room with a gas fireplace. Add to this full internet service, and you have all the comforts of home.
Outdoors: There are two decks - one at the front entrance and another at the back with a Propane BBQ. There is ample patio furniture to enjoy quiet times outdoors, and for the nightly marshallow roasts, there is a outdoor fire pit.
