The cottage features a nice dining nook with a view of the Bay, a large main floor master bedrooom with adjacent washroom, laundry area and a fully equipped and beautifully trimmed kitchen, making every moment a pleasureable memory!
The upstairs feature two large vaulted ceiling bedrooms with closets and a large bathroom with a separate shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck while taking in the breezes and water of Colpoy's Bay!

Outdoors
There is nothing more soathing than a Hot Tub while watching the sunset. Or perhaps just relax on the covered deck area with your favorite book. You can take the secret path through the trees to the water's edge and enjoy and refreshing dip in crystal clear Georgian Bay.

Sauble Beach (Silver Lake Cres)

Location:

Near Silver Lake and a 5 minute walk to the sand beach, this cottage is in a quiet circle of lovely cottages.

For your Comfort:

This is a modern and beautifully maintained cottage with 4 bedrooms, 2 full very modern and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen has a breakfast bar as well as a dining room table opening up through patio doors and overlooking the huge oversized deck - great for entertaining in style. This is a very large and roomy interior, and the outside property is surrounded by mature hardwood trees, giving you privacy and comfort.

Facilities:

The living room has modern and lovely furnishings with satellite TV and a DVD player. The downstairs bathroom has a glassed in oversized shower. There are two bedrooms downstairs (bunk beds and double bed) and 2 oversized bedrooms upstairs (2 single beds and 1 king bed). Lots of windows for a bright and cheery accommodation. As well, there is another full bathroom upstairs with an oversized shower.

Outdoors:

The cottage is situation on a large treed lot, and to make the most of the area, a very large 2 level deck (seating and furnishing on both areas) has been tastefully designed to accommodate the trees and with many flower planters around the boarders. 2 sets of patio doors access this deck and it goes the entire length of the cottage and the spanse of the back yard. There is plenty of outdoor furniture as well as a gas BBQ.
