Location: Sauble Beach North Central - a 5 minute walk to the sand beach... and a 4 minutes drive to Sauble Main Street. Located in a preferred neighbourhood of higher end cottages and on a quiet street with little traffic. For your Comfort: This 2 story cottage is custom designed with cathedral ceilings ... it is beautiful both inside and out. The accommodation is comfortable and modern and offers you many upgraded conveniences including washer and dryer, kitchen sink garburator and dishwasher. This property is on a municipal water system, providing clean and safe drinking water. Cottage comes fully equipped with colour satellite TV, CD and DVD player. The wood burning fireplace is 2 sided... you can view your fireplace from both the dining room on one side and the living room on the other. Attention to detail and design is seen with the cut glass light fixtures and a love of art is displayed with many original paintings. Facilities: There are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds... both extended oversized to accommodate taller people. For families with young children, up to 8 people can be accommodated by using the 2 sofas in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms - a 2 piece on the main floor and a 4 piece with a lovely step in shower on the second floor. Outdoors: The back deck, accessed from the kitchen patio doors, is both beautiful and large enough for entertaining... with lots of quality outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. This large and private property is surrounded by hardwood trees. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There is a great front patio amongst the trees for a little solitude.

Location: Howdenvale - 18 minutes directly north of Sauble Beach on Lake Huron. Right on the sand beach. Facilities: This cottage has recently undergone extensive upgrades. The accommodation is comfortable and basic. Cottage is fully equipped with modern, clean facilities complete with colour satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Large front deck overlooking the beach. Here you'll have a front seat to view the spectacular sunsets. Open concept studio accommodation with 1 double bed and 1 double pull out sofa. Outdoors: Set on a manicured grass lawn, the beach is just a few short steps from your front door. Beside your property is the Howdendale Government Dock where the locals gather to meet and greet. Safe area for children with very little car traffic. Gas BBQ and Outdoor furniture. Outdoor "community" firepit for those lazy summer evenings. You can rent a boat and paddle to the fishing islands to spend the day exploring these deserted out island sand beaches. Note: Cottage does not provide bedding (no pillows or blankets, etc) so bring your own.
