Location: Terrific location in Central Sauble Beach just south of Main Street and a 3 minute walk to the sand beach directly down the quiet sideroad. Park you car and walk everywhere.
Unique Group Possibilities: This cottage is located side by side with 3 other cottages offered by Adopt A Cottage Rentals. If you have a large family and reunion, you can combine this cottage with Cottages #104, #110, and #131... to accommodate 20 - 24 people total.
Accommodations: This cottage has been modernized and renovated to provide you comfort and modern conveniences. Fully equipped with all appliances. (Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) Colour TV and DVD. This 3 bedroom cottage has double beds in all bedrooms plus a pull out in the living room. Best suited for 6 occupants, but the owner will allow up to 8 occupants when occupied by families and small children. Your modern newly renovated and ceramic tiled bathroom is 4 piece with tub and shower.
Outdoors - Very spacious grounds offering grass lawns and separate sand pits with nice firepit area. Lots of trees and lots of privacy while set in an area close to everything in Sauble. Picnic table, lawn furniture and gas BBQ - all located on a quiet side street.

For Your Comfort: This 2 bedroom lakeside cottage has everything you will need to feel comfortable while on your vacation. The best part of it is, you are just 30 steps away from a great sand beach and within an easy drive of most major attractions in the Bruce Peninsula.
Facilities: This cottage has recently undergone upgrades and is a comfortable, basic accommodation in a superb beachfront location . Cottage is fully equipped with modern, clean facilities complete with colour satellite TV, CD Player. Front deck overlooks the beach. Here you'll have a front seat to view the spectacular sunsets. Two bedrooms with 2 double beds and a living room couch.
Outdoors: Set on a manicured grass lawn. Beside your property is the Howdendale Government Dock where the locals gather to meet and greet. Safe area for children with very little car traffic. Gas BBQ and Outdoor furniture. Outdoor "community" firepit for those lazy summer evenings. You can rent a boat and paddle to the fishing islands to spend the day exploring these deserted out island sand beaches.
Note: Cottage does not provide bedding (no pillows or blankets, etc) so bring your own.
