Location - Front Row Centre Sauble Beach. Downtown on Lakeshore Blvd. north, just a 2 minute walk to main street and 25 steps out your front door, you are on the sand beach. Great location for vacationers who want to be in the middle of all the action. For your Comfort: This 4 bedroom cottage, ordinary looking from the outside, has been transformed inside with all new renovations. New windows, new floors, new bathroom, newly built downstairs bedroom, new drywall, etc ... And from this location, you can park your car ... you have 4 private parking spaces on the beach but with no parking fees for the week ... and you are close enough to all the action to walk everywhere. Facilities: Incredible beachfront location. The cottage is actually now a year round accommodation - fully equipped with all modern appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) and cable TV, DVD. Great 3 piece bathroom downstairs an oversized shower walk in stall, and a 1 piece (toilet) ensuite upstairs. The ground floor bedroom has 1 queen bed with a new mattress. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed and 1 double pull out sofa. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. And, if you need extra sleeping space, there is a double pull out sofa in the living room... providing bedding for 14 occupants in all. Outdoors: Very little actual outdoor property to use here... there is a front cement patio area where you can sit and "people watch" as the car and foot traffic pass your front door. There is a back cement patio area where you will find your picnic table and BBQ. Of course, your real expanse of outdoors is the huge sand beach just steps beyond your front door. Here, you are steps from the band stage with live entertainment on many nights and weekends.

Facilities: This cottage has recently undergone upgrades and is a comfortable, basic accommodation in a superb beachfront location . Cottage is fully equipped with modern, clean facilities complete with colour satellite TV, CD Player. Front deck overlooks the beach. Here you'll have a front seat to view the spectacular sunsets. Two bedrooms with 2 double beds and a living room couch. Outdoors: Set on a manicured grass lawn. Beside your property is the Howdendale Government Dock where the locals gather to meet and greet. Safe area for children with very little car traffic. Gas BBQ and Outdoor furniture. Outdoor "community" firepit for those lazy summer evenings. You can rent a boat and paddle to the fishing islands to spend the day exploring these deserted out island sand beaches. Note: Cottage does not provide bedding (no pillows or blankets, etc) so bring your own.
