Location: There's more than one way to get to Sauble Beach! This road is the one you want to be on to avoid Sauble's traffic jams.  Down this scenic road, Sauble Beach is only a six minute drive away.

For your Comfort: This is a four season year round country estate with acerage beyond your view. This is a 2000 foot house, built with cedar both inside and out. It is fully equipped for your comforts with all modern appliances - including a washer and a dryer.

Property / Outdoors:     There is a huge wrap-around deck with grounds that are well treed and spacious.  There are wooded trails for those early morning hikes - and lots of lawn space for touch football.  Great brick fireplace in back yard.  Solid wooden outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.

Facilities:     Modern 4 piece bath.  There are two wood stoves for heating and lots of windows that bring in the light.  Both floors of this home are fully finished providing 6 bedrooms that easily sleep twelve people, with 1 queen bed, 9 single beds plus a cot.   The master bedroom is attached to the main bath making it ensuite and it also has patio doors that walk out on to the deck.  There is a large eat in kitchen with island and open concept living room.    Living room with Colour TV and DVD.  Lots of room and loads of fun!

Location: A 10 minute drive to Sauble Beach, and strolling distance to Hepworth's popular Tim Horton's. This is a Kiwanis Campground Trailer Park located in a nicely wooded park on the highway to Sauble Beach.

ForYourComfort: You will enjoy the comforts of home while being surrounded by a community of friendly vacationers. This accommodation is a very roomy and modern 29 foot "Legend" Trailer with an awning over your private patio and picnic area.

Accommodation: 1 bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (bunks) 1 room with pull out double bed and fold down 3/4 bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a microwave. There is a radio with cassette player unit installed. AIR CONDITIONED TOO!

Outdoors: The site itself is a private, picturesque enclosure that is surrounded by ancient, towering pine trees. The trailer’s awning will enable you to enjoy a calming atmosphere in a secluded tranquil setting. The slate walkway leads you from your door to your own spacious patio where you can enjoy your meals at the picnic table and spend evenings visiting by the light and warmth of the campfire
