Location: This cottage is only about 300 yards from Sauble Beach’s sand beach and about 5 minutes walk to main street.   Cottage is located on Second Avenue North and enjoys the privacy of a large lot surrounded by a cedar hedge.

For your Comfort:   This 1 + 1/2 story cottage sleeps 14 people with 4 bedrooms... 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 4th bedroom with a double bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. This is an older cottage which has been renovated and updated in the kitchen area. The living room opens out to a large backyard with patio and BBQ and room for the kids to play.

 Facilities:  The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge and stove. All appliances are modern.  There are 2 bathrooms... one on each level.

For the Children:  The kids will love building sand castles, flying their kites and riding the waves just a quick walk away on the beach. The cottage property is beautifully maintained with seasonal gardens and the backyard offers a great area for picnics, BBQs and the nightly campfire. And of course, you are just a few minutes drive from Sauble's Amusement Park.

Outdoors: This property spans 1 block from front (2nd Avenue) to back (3rd Avenue). Good access and plenty of room both inside and out.

 

Cottage #114 - Rural Sauble Beach on Sauble River - 3 stars

Location: Between Hepworth and Sauble Beach. This is your own private Sauble riverfront cottage with spectacular outdoor living on a huge lot.  You can sit on your own private dock, or go tubing over the gentle rapids in front of your cottage, or try your luck fishing. A six minute drive from Downtown Sauble Beach, and a two minute Drive to Sauble Golf Course.  Great water for swimming here!

For Your Comfort:  This is a privately owned cottage has recently undergone renovations offering renters expanded living space and new drywalling, etc.

Lots of unique extras such your own private dock and flood lighting on the river at night ... makes this an enchanting property both day and night.

Accommodations: This is living on 2 levels.  Upstairs is the kitchen and living room and bathroom and 2 bedrooms.  Downstairs is a large open concept room which includes both a living area and another large area with a double bed.  Best suited for 6 occupants, but will hold up to 8.  The downstairs room provides patio doors walking out on to your large lawn and private river access. 

For the Children This is the dream spot for children and families to have a unique holiday in their lifetime....  jump off their dock into the river or sit in the submerged picnic table placed over the low rapids...  bring the tube to try the river tubing and explore nature in the woods and fields surrounding the cottage.  And the excitement of Sauble Beach is just 6 minutes down the road. 

Outdoor Living:    Two fire pit areas and outdoor furniture. Gas BBQ.
