Location: A 5 minute walk will take you to the Sauble River Marina and to Josephs' Market.  Add another 5 minutes on to your walk and you will be at Sauble's 11 km. sandy beach.  In the other direction, you are a 10 minute walk to Sauble Falls.

Facilities: This 3 bedroom cottage offers 1 king size bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds.  All bedrooms have full closets.  Best suited for 6 occupants, but it will accommodate up to 8 people with use of the living room sofa.   This modern, very clean and well kept four season house has high ceilings (with ceiling fan) and is very spacious and bright throughout.  All appliances new including a washer and dryer.  Four piece bath.  Colour TV with Bell Express Vu, CD Player and Stereo. 

Outdoors: Two patio doors provide access to your deck with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. There's a screened in patio/deck area for outdoor smokers and great for night time card games, etc. (escape any pesky mosquitoes). This spacious yard provides a large firepit area as well as a sand pit area for the youngsters to play in. Surrounded by hardwood trees, the area is good fun for bigger kids to explore.

Unique Group Possibilities: This cottage is located side by side with 3 other cottages offered by Adopt A Cottage Rentals. If you have a large family and reunion, you can combine this cottage with Cottages #104, #121, and #131... to accommodate 20 - 24 people total.

Accommodations: This cottage has been modernized and renovated to provide you comfort and modern conveniences. Fully equipped with all appliances. (Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) Colour TV and DVD. This 3 bedroom cottage has double beds in all bedrooms plus a pull out in the living room. Best suited for 6 occupants, but the owner will allow up to 8 occupants when occupied by families and small children. Your modern newly renovated and ceramic tiled bathroom is 4 piece with tub and shower.

Outdoors - Very spacious grounds offering grass lawns and separate sand pits with nice firepit area. Lots of trees and lots of privacy while set in an area close to everything in Sauble. Picnic table, lawn furniture and gas BBQ - all located on a quiet side street.
