Location: In Sauble Beach, about a 6 minutes walk (500 meters) to the south side's second car entrance to the beach. And just a minute walk down the cottage's pathway to Silver Lake. This is a 4 minute drive to Sauble's Main Street.... GREAT LOCATION.
For your Comfort: Sauble Beach's Best of Both Worlds! This 3 bedroom cottage is situated on a cul de sac in south Sauble Beach. It will accommodate 8 people comfortably with 1 queen bed, and 1 double, 1 single plus a futon in the living area. This cottage is roomy both inside and out. The interior walls all made of high grade pine professionally installed. Bedrooms are larger than most and each has a separate closet. Facilities: There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The spacious living room features a colour TV and DVD player. Three piece bath with shower. Outdoors: The cottage features a large entertainment size deck overlooking Silver Lake where you can watch the ducks use the lake in front of you as their own private landing strip. Try your luck fishing in this popular watering hole. Bring your canoe and launch it on the pathway beside your cottage. The choice if yours - the sun and surf of the sandy beach on one side or the calm and beauty of Silvre Lake on the other. This cottage is wheel chair accessible.

Location: In Sauble Beach's premier neighbourhood in a quiet circle of lovely homes. This cottage (home) is located just a 7 minute walk to the sand beach, near the north end tennis courts. A 4 minute drive to Sauble Main Street. For your Comfort: This higher end year round home has everything you want for your beach holiday. All the convenieces including dish washer, washer and dryer, plus 2 TVs in separate living areas. There is a great wood burning iron stove to take the chill off any cooler nights. Three bedrooms, 1 + 1/2 baths, a well equipped "eat in" kitchen and an open living room area with large windows giving you a bright and friendly atsmophere throughout. There are large decks both on front and in the back of this large property with modern outdoor furniture. Facilities: The master bedroom has 1 queen bed; the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a double and a single. The sunroom has a double fouton sofa and the main living has a large comfy sofa, so a total of 11 people can be easily accommodated in this large executive home. The main modern bathroom has sink, toilet and shower and bathtub PLUS there is a newly constructed second bathroom. This cottage is on a municipal water supply so the water is excellent here (no rust content as many Sauble Cottages experience). This cottage also has dial up internet service. Outdoors: Very large and private lot bordered by hardwood trees and with manicured grass lawns. Great firepit area just beyond your patio doors. On the deck, you will find the Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. This is an excellent choice for discriminating renters wanting all the comforts of home in a beautifully maintained home.
