In south Sauble Beach located on Silver Lake and about 500 meters walk to the sand beach.

For your Comfort:   Sauble Beach's Best of Both Worlds!  This 3 bedroom cottage is situated on a cul de sac in south Sauble Beach.   It will accommodate up to 7 people with 1 queen bed, and 1 double, 1 single plus a futon in the living area. 

This is truly a lovely cottage.  It is very roomy both inside and out.   The interior walls all made of high grade pine professionally installed.   Bedrooms  are larger than most and each has a separate closet. 

Facilities:   There is a fully equipped kitchenwith modern appliances including microwave, coffee maker and toaster.  The good sized living room features a colour TV and DVD player. Three piece bath with shower.

Outdoors:   The cottage features a wrap around deck overlooking Silver Lake where you can watch the ducks use the lake in front of you as their own private landing strip. Try your luck fishing at this popular watering hole. Bring your canoe and launch it into the lake (accessed by a nearby path) and spend the day exploring this calm beautiful inland lake. The choice is yours. The thundering waves of a sandy beach 500 meters in one direction or the calm beauty of Silver Lake in front of you. This cottage is wheel chair accessible.

For your Comfort:   If you want to make sure you have every creature comfort of home (plus), this is your best choice! This is a lovely year round property in area of nicer homes, close to main street and all major Sauble attractions. Two full floors of living space and on each floor is a kitchen, bath, fireplace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Very spacious accommodation that lends itself to 2 small families.

Facilities:   There is a large screen TV, indoor 2 person hot tub and sauna.   This accommodation has all the conveniences of home including washer and dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning.   High Speed Wireless Internet. Even comes with a phone for your local calls (long distance call blocked).  Gas BBQ supplied. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed. Pillows are supplied but bring your own linens and blankets.

Outdoors:   This well landscaped property has plenty of room for the kids to play their sports.  Surrounded by hard wood trees, it overlooks Carson Lake (but not much of a view).  There is an upstairs balcony with lawn furniture and a ground floor patio with lawn furniture and picnic table.
