PLUS - the finished very large and modern bunkie has another double bed. Cottage best suited for 6 people, but will accept a maximum 8 occupants with the use of couches for sleeping. Everything modern. Great property for kids with and for your evening campfires.
Facilities: Comes with all the conveniences needed in a fully equipped cottage providing fridge, stove, microwve and cable TV. Larger eat-in kitchen. This has a 3 piece bath (with shower).
Outdoors: Great large and flat property for the kids to play in and perfect for everyone's evening campfires. Outdoor furniture and BBQ. Nice new deck which joins both the main cottage and the bunkie. Playground equipment on the yard for the kids.

Cottage #106 - Oliphant 3 stars 
Location: In Oliphant, 10 minutes directly north of Sauble Beach, on a quiet cul de sac and only 750 meters from the sandy shores of Lake Huron. We only rent to families with pets! |

For your Comfort: This 3 bedroom fully furnished cottage/ home has a large kitchen complete with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, water cooler and all the dishes that will be required by a family of 5. There is also a washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single captains bed. Cottage has a colour TV, with a satellite dish, with movie channels provided. There is also a DVD player. Cottage is equipped with a telephone for local calls only. High speed internet is also available.
Outdoors The long stretch of sand beach at Oliphant has a gradual entry which provides a safe environment for children and pets.
Oliphant is a naturalists paradise, where rare orchids and ferns abound. Birdwatchers will be delighted with the many species of birds.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio or the evening sitting under the covered front porch.
Patio furniture, picnic table and a new gas BBQ are provided. Property has a bush lot adjacent, perfect for kids who like to explore and discover nature.
We only rent to families with pets!
For the Children: Safe area for children with very little car traffic. There is a childrens sand playground/castle in the back yard, as well as a fire pit for marshmallow roasting, weather permitting (sometimes there is a fire ban).
