Location: Sauble Beach Main Street - within an easy walk of everything. Just a one minute walk to two popular internet cafes and a 3 minutes walk to the amusement park. Park your car and walk everywhere. Be in the middle of everything while enjoying a quiet oasis in the privacy of your lovely backyard.

For your Comfort: This modern year round accommodation is spotlessly clean and totally self contained. For the gals, there's even a hair dressing salon (attached) right outside your front door. 

Facilities: Fully equipped with modern appliances including newer fridge, stove and microwave. Large colour TV with cable in the master bedroom and another colour TV + cable + DVD in the living room. Beautiful modern 3 piece bath with new glassed in shower.

The main house bedroom has a double bed with good mattress. In the modern and recently renovated "bunkie" there is another double bed giving everyone the privacy they want. As well, a 5th person can be accommodate on the living room sofa. A perfect place for a romantic getaway or a small family.

Outdoors:  There's a back door to a lovely patio area with all modern furniture including a cushioned lounges and love seat. This is set on your very own manicured grass lawn with perrenial flowers within the privacy of your back yard. Gas BBQ and fire pit.

For your Comfort:   This 3 bedroom fully furnished cottage/ home has a large kitchen complete with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, water cooler and all the dishes that will be required by a family of 5.   There is also a washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single captains bed. Cottage has a colour TV, with a satellite dish, with movie channels provided. There is also a DVD player. Cottage is equipped with a telephone for local calls only.   High speed internet is also available.

Outdoors The long stretch of sand beach at Oliphant has a gradual entry which provides a safe environment for children and pets. 

Oliphant is a naturalists paradise, where rare orchids and ferns abound. Birdwatchers will be delighted with the many species of birds.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio or the evening sitting under the covered front porch.

Patio furniture, picnic table and a new gas BBQ are provided. Property has a bush lot adjacent, perfect for kids who like to explore and discover nature.

We only rent to families with pets!

For the Children:  Safe area for children with very little car traffic. There is a childrens sand playground/castle in the back yard, as well as a fire pit for marshmallow roasting, weather permitting (sometimes there is a fire ban).
