Location: In a quiet crescent in North Sauble Beach, 5 minute walk to sandy beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown Sauble.

For your Comfort: A very large and bright home away from home - floor area approximately 3500 feet of living. It is located on an oversized corner lot with 2 driveways. This is 2 floors with 3 bedrooms upstairs well suited for 8 people but can accommodate up to 10 people. Master bedroom with a king bed has patio doors leading to a deck and a ceiling fan (as well as a queen futon mattress if needed). The second bedroom has a double bed and single bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed.

TWO bathrooms... upstairs is a 4 piece bath and downstairs is a 2 piece bath. And t o ensure lots of space for everyone, there are a total of three living rooms. There is a large indoor dining area seating 8 people comfortably as well as an additional outdoor screened in eating area through the patio doors off the main living room.

Facilities: The large fully equipped modern kitchen has lots of counter space and its own breakfast nook. It comes with microwave, toaster oven, electric stove, dishwasher. >As well, there is a washer and dryer. This property is on a municipal water system, providing clean and safe drinking water if you choose. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV, and a DVD/VCR player which you can enjoy in your living room with a gas fireplace. Add to this WIRELESS INTERNET service and you have all the comforts of home.

Outdoors: There are two decks - one at the front entrance and another at the back with a Propane BBQ. There is ample patio furniture to enjoy quiet times outdoors, and for the nightly marshallow roasts, there is an outdoor fire pit.

For your Comfort This modern cottage has everything you want for your beach holiday. Two bedrooms in the main cottage, and a very room "bunkie" with another bedroom and sitting area... all attached by a spacious deck and BBQ area. 1 bath, a well equipped "eat in" kitchen and an open living room area.

Facilities There is a television with cable TV and a DVD. The Kitchen table sits four people comfortably. A large living room window and a nice breakfst nook area... open and airy cottage.

Each of he three bedrooms sleeps 2 people comfortably (2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds). The modern and newly renovated bathroom has sink, toilet and shower.

This property is best suited for 6 occupants, however the maximum allowable occupants can be increased to 8 with the use of the double pullout living room sofa.

Outdoors The cottage is situated on a large lot, safe for children and the beautiful wrap-a-round deck is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and perhaps an opportunity to enjoy a new book. The large backyard has a swing and play area for the children. There is also a firepit area. You will find the gas BBQ and outdoor furniture on the front deck.

The beach in this area is beautiful - and somewhat private... a short walk and through a pathway takes you to this lesser known part of Sauble's great sand beaches.
