For your Comfort: Very roomy cottage with oversized bedrooms and extended living area. A three bedroom cottage with double beds in each bedroom. In the living room there are 2 double pull out sofas to provide maximum occupancy of 8 people. There is a 4 piece bath and kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Colour TV with cable and with a DVD in living room. Roomy dining room table is great for those late night card games.
Outdoors: Oversized property on a corner lot close to downtown and the sand beach. Great property with cedar hedge privacy fence - grass lawns with firepit area, this is a well cared for property in a good area of nicer cottages.

Location: On Sauble River at the north end of Sauble Beach in a great area of well maintained cottages.
For your Comfort: Newly renovated cottage with all new outdoor siding and a newly installed and upgraded bathroom. A three bedroom cottage. Best suited for 6 occupants however, up to 7 people can be accommodated with the use of the living room sofa.
Facilities: washer, dryer, in a separate laundry area, water cooler for drinking water, Satilite TV, DVD Player, VHS Player, CD Player, 1 Queen size bed, 1 Double Bed, 2 Twin Beds, Coffee Maker, 32" Stove, Fridge with Freezer, and small bar fridge for cooling drinks.
Outdoors: Gas Barbeque, Wood charcoal barbeque, fire pit, picnic table, lawn chairs, Hammock, Oversized property partly wooded and partly wide open spaces. Riverfront. Lots of privacy. And it also comes with a canoe and a kayak which you can launch from your own private dock. Great sunsets!!
